The benefits of herbal tea have been debated for quite some time but now it seems there is a lot of evidence to support the claims.

This infographic shows a range of health benefits that herbal teas like chamomile, rooibos and chaga appear to have including anti-inflammatory properties, stroke reducing qualities, strengthening of the immune system, preventing clogging of arteries and even the regeneration of liver tissue!

We’re not scientists so we can’t really say whether these teas do in fact have all the health benefits claimed but even if they don’t, they taste delicious and offer us a refreshing change from the usual cuppa. And since they’re caffeine free, they’re almost certainly better for you to drink just before bedtime too unless of course you work the night shift.
