With St Patrick’s Day only just around the corner (17th March), our dear friends at Routin have given us an Irish Charm recipe using the 1883 Mint Syrup!

30ml/pump of 1883 Dark Chocolate sauce
Shot of Espresso
5.5floz milk
2 pumps of 1883 Green mint syrup

Mix the sauce and espresso in the bottom of an Irish cream glass;
Steam the syrup and milk mix and pour over using a spoon.

Optional garnish; dust with cocoa using a shamrock silhouette or a real four leaf clover (if you are lucky enough to have one of course!).
