The whole Freshpac team are rooting for Wayne Herrington (the son of Clive, Freshpacs sales consultant) as he is competing in the Young Chef of the Year competition, held on the 12th November this year.

Wayne will be up against the some of the leading young chefs at the prestigious British Culinary Federation ceremony, held in University College - to win, he’ll need to wow the panel of judges during a live cook-off over three courses.
