How do I place my order?

You can call, fax or email us and we’ll process your order straight away!

When will my order arrive?

Your delivery day is dependent on location, see map.

Who can I expect to deliver my order?

We are proud to have our very own delivery fleet. You will be assigned a driver who delivers your products every week.

How much is the delivery charge?

Nothing! All we ask if for a minimum order of £50.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit and debit cards, cash, cheque or bank transfer (please make cheques payable to Freshpac Teas & Coffees Ltd).

We would like a blend of coffee specifically for our business, can you help?

Yes! We are experts at blending coffee and would be happy to discuss your requirements. Contact the team for more information.

Do you have a brochure with prices?

I am setting up a new business and need everything from tableware to products through to a coffee machine, can you help?

Yes! Our experienced team will be able to provide you with a complete list of products and machinery and of course will help you to work out everything you need. We are a one stop shop! Contact the team to arrange a visit.

Will you notify me of new products and special offers?

Yes! All we ask is for you to subscribe to our mailing list and we’ll keep you informed! Please note, we will never share, rent or sell your details with any other company.

I am looking for a product which I cannot see on your website, does this mean you do not sell it?

No. We have a large product range and rarely turn away a customer’s request – if we can help we will! Contact the team for more information.

Can you service my coffee machine?

Yes, we can service and maintain commercial coffee machines within a catchment area. Contact us for further details.

I have a domestic machine, can you service it?

Unfortunately not. Whilst our engineers are fully trained on all machines, we specialise in commercial machines only.

I would like to rent or buy a coffee machine, can you help?

Yes! We offer a large range of machines including traditional, bean-to-cup, soluble vending and filter. We can arrange a rental contract or sell you the machine outright. Contact our team for a full list of machines suited to your needs.

If I was to rent a machine, what happens if it breaks down?

We have a team of fully trained engineers who are on standby should any issues arise. We also offer an extended service which covers you should something go wrong over the weekend, which is often the busiest days of the week. Contact our team for more information.

Do you offer training on machinery?

Yes. We offer training on all machines we have installed and this can be arranged by contacting one of the team.
